Issues concerning ownership of the site of the new Ballygarvan NS have now been agreed by Cork County Council and the Dioceses of Cork & Ross. It is now for the Minister for Education Batt O’Keeffe to progress the building of the school and I will be raising this issue with him in the Dáil.
