Political Debate in UCC

Filed under: General News , also relevant to:

UCC’s Law Society have asked me to take part in a policital debate next Monday the 11th January. I’m looking forward to it and I think it will be a rare opportunity to have a real debate on some of the serious issues currently facing the country.

The Debate will be on Confidence in the Government – that there is an alternative.

It will take place at 6.30pm in the G01 Lecture Theatre on the ground floor of the Brookfield Health Sciences Building, on the West Campus of UCC.

I will speak on behalf of Fine Gael and the Law Society expect to have Minister Michéal Martin TD for Fianna Fáil, Ciarán Lynch TD for Labour and Senator Dan Boyle for the Green Party.

It should be an interesting debate.

Hi Deirdre, I just happened to come across your article regarding the debate at UCC next Monday. I plan to attend as it should be a very interesting event.
I think it is time for a change of Government and I’m sure you will put forward a very strong argument. Good luck to Fine Gael in the next general election.
